If the actual game turns out to be just half as awesome as this trailer, Borderlands will make me a very happy man.

Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet looks amazing. I really hope this game gets the funding it needs. I’d buy it now if I could and will definitely be there for a day one purchase if and when it gets made.

Oh, man. You gotta check out the Battlefield Heroes trailer. If this had been a Saturday morning cartoon, I’d have been up at least an hour in advance to make sure I didn’t miss it.

I’ve been playing quite a bit of  Broken Picture Telephone lately. It’s a lot like the old party game Telephone except instead of whispering your sentence into another person’s ear, you take turns writing and drawing. It’s very easy to play and the results are often quite hilarious.

I wish I had known about YouDontKnowJack.com while they were still producing new episodes. At least they’re still up and available to play.

Tertis is celebrating its 25th anniversary today. Wow, has it really been that long? I don’t think there’s any other game in history that’s aged as well as Tetris has.  To celebrate, why not play a few games?

I’m excited as hell about a new Metroid game, but I’m not so sure on how I feel about Team Ninja working on it. I’m pretty sure that one of the biggest complaints about Ninja Gaiden 2 was the fact that the camera was ass. Also, I heard the game was way too difficult for your average gamer (like me). I hope Nintendo is keeping them on a tight rein for this one. I really want this to be good.

I’m extremely impressed with what I’ve heard of Microsoft’s Project Natal, so far. I’m just curious as to how soon after its release we’ll hear about someone putting their shoe through their 72″ HDTV.

I’ve been looking forward to Borderlands ever since I saw a demo video for it at IGN. It’s a sci-fi FPS/RPG that takes place on a distant planet. Kinda reminds me of a cross between Mad Max, Total Recall, and Fallout 3.
